Gefen Pro AV Group Demonstrates Large Scale Video Wall Using TV One CORIOÒ Master Technology with Gefen’s Digital Signage Players

The Gefen Pro AV Group,a subsidiary of Nortek, Inc. Technology Solutions, will dedicate one wall of its booth at the Digital Signage Expo to the CORIO Master Pro AV solution fromTV One.

The award winning C3-540 CORIO Master combines edge blending, video wall processing, multi-viewing and windowing with up-,down- and cross-conversion in one device.

A high-quality modular video matrix is built-in using CORIO softswitch, which provides a firmware-based video routing,switching, and video conversion and effects platform using multiple canvases and layouts, along with PC- and Apple-compatible control software. Sixteen AV universal slots are available, and the CORIO Master automatically recognizes the modules inserted as an input or output module. Any analog or digital format from composite video to 3G-SDI is accommodated.

The system uses CORIO3 video processing technology to create unique layouts that define each output. Outputs can be grouped together or delivered individually and can be independently rotated 1 degree to 360 degrees in real-time, without delay. Up to four layouts can be used at the same time or one layout can be designed to tie multiple projectors or displays together as one large image.

Gefen’s Digital Signage Media Players will feed high definition video content to theC3-540 CORIO Master, which will be processed before being delivered to nine displays in the Gefen Pro AV Group booth 615.

Control of the CORIO Master via IP and RS-232 allows for user-defined presets that can be saved and later recalled. Separate third party controllers, like the new Gefen GAVA, use the built in command line interface to switch seamlessly between assigned presets. A front panel LCD option makes direct system setup extremely easy.
